Proprietor & Principal Physiotherapist

Anna graduated from Sydney University in 1991 and began her career with NSW Health before moving into private practice. In 2001, she and her family relocated to Mudgee, where she has been Principal Physiotherapist at Mudgee Physio ever since. Anna has a special interest in aged care, post-operative orthopaedics, spinal care, and business management.

Physiotherapist

Ronda has been a physiotherapist since 1981, working in hospitals in Newcastle and Sydney before completing her Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1986. She has worked in private practice in Sydney, England, and Orange before moving to Mudgee in 1991 to join Mudgee Physio. Ronda’s special interests include spinal conditions, running and cycling biomechanics, dance injuries, dry needling, and postural alignment. She is also a keen triathlete.

Physiotherapist

Cheryl graduated from the University of Queensland in 2000 and began working in private practice in Brisbane. She moved to Mudgee in 2007 to join Mudgee Physio. Cheryl has a keen interest in pregnancy and postpartum physiotherapy, developmental paediatrics, and specialises in the treatment of vertigo and vestibular dysfunction.

Nicola Stirton

B.App.Sc (Phty)

Physiotherapist

Nicki graduated from Sydney University in 2017 and spent two years in a sports physiotherapy clinic in Sydney, gaining experience in acute injury management and rehabilitation. She joined Mudgee Physio in 2020 after moving to the region. With a background in competitive swimming and other sports, Nicki enjoys working with athletes to return them to peak condition and has experience providing on-field support for sporting teams. She is qualified in dry needling and has a special interest in women’s health.

Physiotherapist

Carey graduated from Sydney University in 1984 and has worked in physiotherapy ever since. After starting her career in Sydney, she returned to regional and remote communities where she has worked in a variety of roles. Carey has a strong interest in promoting the health and wellbeing of older Australians.

Brenda Oliver

Brenda began her career in the Australian Army before moving into administrative roles and later running her own business for over 20 years. She joined the Mudgee Physio team in 2023 and is often the first point of contact for clients, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys reading, watching murder mysteries and comedies, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family, granddaughters, and friends.

Rossânia Bezerra

Physiotherapy Assistant

Rossania is a physiotherapy assistant who joined Mudgee Physio in 2025 after moving to Mudgee in 2023. Rossania is originally from Brazil, where she practiced as a physiotherapist and osteopath. Rossania is currently working closely with elderly patients, focusing on specialised programs to improve mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. Rossania believes the best way to achieve life quality and health is through exercise.

Taylor Gilbert

Office Administrator

Taylor is one of our friendly and reliable Office Administrators here at Mudgee Physio. With a strong background and over 14 years experience in administrative support, Taylor is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being with her family, reading and spending time outdoors
